Some recent reviews... in case you're not convinced
yet :
"Well, what can I say about SEMIHERE, they
were immense and so different from anything that has
already appeared at any of the Independent nights. Obvious
comparisons would be with Orbital and Underworld but
there were hints of Leftfield's bounce and more rootsy
ambient stuff like Ultramarine. As well as the music,
they also gave us some wonderfully inventive visuals
that were obviously made with the same care and attention.
I really hope that they gig more as they were a real
blast of fresh air. They should be releasing some new
stuff soon so we'll try to keep you updated about it."

"SEMIHERE gigs are becoming the stuff of legend.
Tonight they played for two hours. Semihere manage to
morph a band night into a club; indie kids dance with
clubbers, chavs and emos exchange knowing winks and
the Vosene boys tra la laa and skip with gay abandon.
The highlight for me was a mid - set mash up of The
Undertones 'Teenage Kicks', the words turned into beats,
the beats turned into Bod, my brain turned to blancmange."

"So, on to Semihere making a very welcome
return. Well…they blew us all away with two hours
of pulsating, bouncing music for us to dance to. Opening
with the soon to be dance prog classic ‘It started
at the Cellar Bar’. They moved on to an inspired
cut up of ‘Teenage Kicks’, gave us all ‘Bod’
and made our eyes hurt with their stunning home grown
visuals. Best thing about Semihere, they cross all boundaries
and everyone likes to dance, everyone."
